Refund and cancellation rules for CINELOOPA memberships, subscriptions and paid access.
Subscriptions
CINELOOPA memberships are monthly and can be cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund payments already processed.
Refund requests
Refunds may be reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or situations where paid access was not provided due to a confirmed platform issue.
Non-refundable situations
We may decline refunds for partial-month usage, forgotten cancellations, account sharing, abuse, chargeback fraud, or where content was accessed successfully.

Email [email protected] with your account email, plan name, payment date and reason for the request.
Payment processors
Card details and payment processing may be handled by Stripe, PayPal or similar providers. Some refunds can take several business days depending on the provider and bank.
